We are a family run business with over 20 years’ experience in customer care and developing service packages to meet the needs of brand leader clients. Many of our clients have been our partners for over 15 years.
Our heritage is safety and testing. We understand the importance of standards, warranties and the cost implications to your business of disappointed consumers.
In 2016 we managed over ½ million enquiries and a range of more than 100,000 products and parts throughout the UK and mainland Europe.
We service manufacturers and own brands across a broad range of retailers and product categories from batteries to bolts, electric bikes to paddling pools, springs and headphones.
We were among the first professional fulfilment houses to offer our customers a variable cost fulfilment. We have established Multi-Lingual Consumer Services in English, French, German and Spanish as well as offering spare parts management and packing services.
